We’re excited to shine a spotlight on Chris Noble, Chief Revenue Officer at ChorusCX. With over four decades in telecoms and contact centre technology, Chris brings deep commercial expertise, a hands-on leadership style, and genuine enthusiasm for building something new. Here’s a closer look at the person behind the role.

Meet Chris

Chris is based near Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire, UK, and it’s here that he balances a demanding leadership role with the things that matter most to him outside of work.

Role at ChorusCX

As Chief Revenue Officer, Chris owns all revenue-related activity across the business, spanning sales, customer experience, and go-to-market execution, while leading a global team of eight specialists.

Industry Background

Chris has spent over four decades in telecoms and contact centre technology. He started as an apprentice engineer at BT before leaving to join the cable industry, where he led one of the most successful business telephony regions in the UK. He was then head-hunted by Siemens, joining as an Account Manager and rising to manager of the UK Business Sales team. He went on to set up his own business, one of the top-performing BT Local Businesses in the UK, before moving on to senior sales and CX leadership roles at Avaya, Allvotec, Nuance, and Microsoft, most recently as a Global Black Belt for Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS), acting as the bridge between engineering and global sales and advising C-suite stakeholders on digital transformation. He joined Invosys as Chief Transformation Officer before stepping into the CRO seat.

What Drives Him

Chris is at his best when turning strategy into visible results, aligning a sales team, a product roadmap, and a customer experience around one clear direction, then watching the numbers follow. Right now, he’s energized by the work of bringing ChorusCX to life: merging three technologies and teams into a single, coherent brand, and using AI to strip out the mundane so people can focus on higher-value work.

Key Strengths

  • Commercial leadership and P&L ownership
  • Go-to-market strategy and cross-functional team leadership
  • A strong technical grounding that lets him speak fluently with both engineers and boardrooms
  • A track record of building pipelines from zero into the tens of millions and turning around underperforming teams under pressure

What Makes Chris Successful

Chris leads by example. Rather than setting strategy from a distance, he gets into the detail with his teams, paired with genuine curiosity about new technology and a willingness to change how things are done when there’s a clear benefit, rather than sticking with what’s familiar.

Outside of Work

Family comes first for Chris, and time with his wife and dog is what he prioritizes most. When he does carve out time for himself, he’s a keen hobbyist maker, dabbling in model making, woodworking, 3D printing, and laser cutting.

Welcome to ChorusCX, Chris; we’re thrilled to have you leading the charge on revenue!
